Steve Leach co founded Bigmouthmedia with Heather Luscombe in 1996. After training in Sales and marketing, his first business experience was in the development and subsequent highly successful trade sale of a designer clothing company. Following this, Steve then played a major part in bringing the corporate entertainment “Paintball” game to Scotland.

He trained as a commercial pilot while simultaneously reversing the fortunes of a struggling IT consultancy. Steve bought himself in as Sales Director, increasing the company's turnover by £1.75 million in only 18 months.

The birth of his own IT consultancy, Vertigo, followed soon after and it was here that Bigmouthmedia was born. Niche market internet marketing and Search Engine Optimisation saw the new media consultancy develop as a pioneer and market leader in the field.
