David Green, EMEIA Internet Manager at Andersen, has been actively involved in the information industry for almost a decade. He regularly contributes to Information World Review and has written for numerous other publications including The Independent, Knowledge Management magazine and customer newsletters of information vendors. One of his research papers, The evolution of web searching, published in the journal Online Information Review was voted 'Most outstanding paper'. He has also co-written an internet guide, published by Newsweek.

David has been a Council Member of the Institute of Information Scientists for two years and a committee member of EIRENE, the European Information Researchers Network, for three years. He has been a speaker at several conferences and seminars. David holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Library and Information Science and a first degree in Information Management.
