Everything Rayanne does in work and life involves making people happy. She loves nothing more than spending every night of the week out supporting her local community and spreading the good word. At FreshBooks, Rayanne takes part in various marketing activities including sponsorships, public relations, event planning and social media. FreshBooks is one of the first companies to perform customer service on Twitter and Rayanne is one of the voices behind the @freshbooks account. She is responsible for answering support tweets and creating Twitter contests, among other things. But most importantly, Rayanne says the best part of her job is visiting FreshBooks customers all over Canada and the United States and taking them to dinner!
