Jeff Watts directs the web search and community operations at National Instruments, a technology pioneer and leader in virtual instrumentation. Prior to joining the NI team in 1997, he worked as a software engineer and has since created a search engine based on LabVIEW used to improve marketing operational efficiency. Interested in applied computational linguistics, business process improvement, and business strategy, Jeff earned a degree in Computer Engineering from Texas A&M; University, and he lives in central Texas with his wife and daughter.
