Rohit currently runs the Interactive Marketing team in the Creative Studio at Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide based in Washington DC. He is one of the founding members of the 360 Digital Influence group that offers clients strategic advice on connecting with new media sources and leveraging the phenomenon of consumer generated media to better understand and connect with their target audiences. He has worked extensively on brands in the travel, entertainment, technology and healthcare industries - including clients such as Johnson & Johnson, Unilever, Cendant, Dupont, and Intel.
Prior to joining Ogilvy, Rohit spent 4 years "down under" in Sydney, Australia at Leo Burnett where he led a creative team of designers and producers to deliver award-winning online promotional campaigns for Nestle, Kelloggs, Subaru, HP and Heineken. While in Australia, he wrote and published articles on the topic of online promotions for industry publications, including AdWeek. His diverse international background includes working in Australia, Singapore, New Zealand, Hong Kong and the Philippines.
Rohit received his BBA in Marketing from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University in Atlanta, and holds a Masters degree in Professional Writing & Editing from George Mason University with a Masters level thesis in the field of Usability and Interface Design.
He is married and lives with his wife and 1 year old son in Washington DC.
