Dr. E. Garcia

Dr. E. Garcia holds a Ph.D. from Arizona State University and a B.S. from The InterAmerican University. Since the late 80's his research work focuses on chemometrics, statistical optimization methods, applied fractal geometry, nonlinear dynamics and AI/IR. He has over 20 years combined experience in development and production settings, as college faculty, entrepreneur, R & D executive, and IR consultant. His current research projects deal with remote searches, on-topic analysis, co-occurrence theory and the fractal nature of semantics.
