Katharine Dempsey is the Senior Director of Pepperjam Network's Lead Generation Division. As Senior Director, Katharine is charged with expanding and diversifying Pepperjam's client roster and is responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of the Lead Gen Division. She oversees all Lead Gen advertiser and affiliate service teams and provides strategic guidance for PJN's comprehensive portfolio of advertisers and affiliates. Members of that portfolio include: Video Professor, TelaFlora, Vista Print, Choice Hotels, Your Baby Can Read, and Personal Creations.

Prior to her promotion to Senior Director, Katharine was the Director of Online Media Buying and Planning for Pepperjam Media. There she was responsible for all online advertising buys, including the negotiation of all ad buys, creative direction, and development of online media marketing plans.

Katharine has a Bachelor of Arts in Government from Franklin and Marshall College and a Juris Doctorate from The Pennsylvania State University, Dickinson School of Law.
