Heather Frahm co-founded Catalyst online in 1998 upon recognizing the emerging need for experts in the online marketing industry for health care companies. Her success is evident in Catalyst online's list of clients including: Pfizer, Novartis, Biogen Idec, Diomed, Noven, Genzyme, Aurora and Drug Information Association . Catalyst was purchased by Grey Healthcare Group in August 2006.  Prior to Catalyst on-line, Heather served as a Assistant Vice President in the Financial Institutions Group at BankBoston and a contributing member of BankBoston's Internet Marketing Team. Her extensive experience in the financial services industry also includes positions at State Street Bank and Trust, Donaldson Lufkin, & Jenrette, and Goldman Financial Group. She received her BA in Economics from Hartwick College and her MBA at the Boston College Carroll School of Management. Currently, Heather is an active board member for the Healthcare Businesswomen's Association.
