Avi Rappoport edits the SearchTools.com web site http://www.searchtools.com and consults with companies to improve their site and Intranet search engines. She has a background in information retrieval, and a decade of experience in software development and user interface design, now focused on making site search engines more useful. She writes articles for both the SearchTools web site and web-oriented publications.
