Kenneth Norton leads Web search product marketing at Inktomi where he is
responsible for strategic planning and future product direction. Prior
to Inktomi, Ken was a co-founder of Grand Central Communications, the
leading Web services network and an innovator in enterprise application
integration. Ken was also the chief technology officer at NBC Internet
and its predecessor, Snap, one of the first Internet portals. Ken was a
member of Snap's founding team at CNET Networks where he served as
director of software engineering. He received a bachelor's degree from
Boston University and a master's from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
