Billy Mungovan

Billy is the Director of Customer Relations for LookSmart's Small
Business Listing product. He has been with LookSmart for close to four
years, and has spent much of that time in the Editorial department
overseeing teams that enter commercial and non-commercial content into the
directory. Prior to joining LookSmart, Mr. Mungovan worked for Snap/NBCi in
the Search and Directory space. Currently, he oversees the day-to-day
customer service
and order fulfillment operations for the Small Businesses advertising with
LookSmart.
