Bob Rahn is the President and Director of Investigations of Management Resources. He is a former homicide detective and has over thirty five years of investigative experience. During his police career Bob was assigned to the Patrol Bureaus of Manhattan and Brooklyn, Manhattan South Anti-Crime Unit, Detective Bureau, Lower East Side Homicide Task Force, Manhattan North Detective Joint Homicide Task Force and Major Case Squad.

Bob retired after achieving the rank of Lieutenant and has received numerous commendations and awards during his career in law enforcement. He holds a Master's Degree in Public Administration from John Jay College of Criminal Justice and a Bachelors Degree in Sociology from St. Francis College.

In addition, Bob is certified by the NY State Division of Criminal Justice Services as a police instructor. He has taught at the Orange County Police Academy and Mount Saint Mary College.
