Chango is the leader in search retargeting. Chango plugs the leaks from an advertiser's marketing programs and talks specifically to those individuals who are expressing intent. We do this by capturing the language of intent, i.e. search data. Chango is a data and technology company in the background, and presents itself as a media company to advertisers. We have built a proprietary Learning Engine that collects more search events that Yahoo or Bing, analyzes that data and assigns values ready for a campaign match to occur.
