Canadian Marketers Flock to Search Engine Strategies Conference

Attendees seek to maximize search engine marketing, optimization initiatives

Toronto, ON - June 17, 2008Search Engine Strategies (SES) Toronto kicks off today amidst expectations for a banner year: the 2007 event was the country's largest Internet search conference. Once again an impressive array of coveted speakers is slated to give even the most astute marketers valuable tips for honing their craft.

The conference, set at the Metro Toronto Convention Center (South Building), runs through tomorrow, Wednesday, June 18th. SES Toronto provides real, actionable direction to help organizations grow their businesses through search engine marketing. Marketers glean tips from two full days of interacting with experts in the field.

Keynote speakers include Fredrick Marckini, Chief Global Search Officer for Isobar, who opened SES Toronto this morning. Scheduled for Wednesday at 9 am is Bryan Eisenberg, Co-Founder of Future Now Inc.

Earlier today Kevin Ryan, VP, Global Content Director, Search Engine Strategies and Search Engine Watch, and Andrew Goodman, SES Toronto Co-Chair & Principal, Page Zero Media, moderated the Orion Panel: Measuring Success in a 2.0 World. A panel of thought leaders shared their insights on successful search analytics strategies and pondered questions such as "what is the dollar value of a social media relationship?"

Search Engine Strategies Conference & Expo Toronto 2008 features presentations and panel discussions covering aspects of search engine-related promotion. Attendees will learn:
