Registration Opens for Search Engine Watch Live Event
in Dallas, Texas

New York, NY - January 3, 2007 - Search Engine Watch, a division of Incisive Media, announced today the formation of a domestic advisory board for its international conference and expo series. The organization has brought together this impressive lineup of thought leaders from leading packaged goods, automotive, entertainment and electronics brands to augment the efforts of the existing SES faculty in delivering the timeliest information on search and integrated marketing. See Search Engine Strategies.

Search Engine Watch today announced that registration is now open for its first Search Engine Watch Live event of 2007, slated for Dallas, TX, at Adam's Mark Hotel on January 25th. An Incisive Media event, this informal, half-day affair offers attendees the opportunity to meet editorial staff, Search Engine Strategies speakers, local peers, and members of the Search Engine Watch community while discussing the hottest topics and news in the ever-evolving search industry.

An additional half day Keyword Research training workshop will also be taking place in the morning, before the SEW Live event. Taught by search experts Christine Churchill and Dan Thies, the workshop can be taken in conjunction with the afternoon sessions or on its own. To learn more please visit the event web site.

"The search marketing industry continues to show tremendous momentum and the level of excitement for the upcoming Search Engine Watch Live event is proof of this," said Matt McGowan, Vice President, Incisive Interactive Marketing. "This communal forum will help marketers in the Dallas area and beyond in growing their businesses. That's ultimately why we're all here."

Search Engine Watch Live in Dallas, hosted by Elisabeth Osmeloski, managing editor of Search Engine Watch, will provide a unique networking opportunity for search engine optimization (SEO) consultants and search engine marketing (SEM) firms, interactive agencies and in-house search marketing managers in the Dallas area. Sessions will give attendees insight into the latest trends in search, including organic and social media optimization, paid search issues and the future of search.

"M&A; activity in the search industry is rampant, mobile search is finally being taken seriously, and the buzz on 'social media optimization' is growing," said Rob Garner, president, Dallas/Fort Worth Search Engine Marketing Association & Sr. Strategic Planner, iCrossing. "SEW Live brings together the top industry players and is the place to be for insight on how search marketing will play out in 2007."
