Netscape's Jason McCabe Calacanis to Deliver Keynote Address at Search Engine Strategies (SES) Chicago 2006

The premier event for Search Engine Marketing & Optimization returns to Chicago for the 8th time

New York, NY - November 15, 2006 - Incisive Media (FTSE: INM) announced today that Jason McCabe Calacanis, CEO of Weblogs, Inc., (an AOL Company) and general manager of Netscape (an AOL Company), will deliver a keynote address during the upcoming Search Engine Strategies (SES) Conference & Expo 2006 in Chicago (https://searchenginesstrategies.com/sew/chicago06/index.html). The premier search industry event--one in a series of global conferences--kicks off December 4-7, 2006, at the Chicago Hilton. Calacanis is scheduled to speak on Tuesday, December 5 at 9:00 a.m.

Jason McCabe Calacanis co-founded Weblogs Inc., a network of widely read blogs including Engadget, in January of 2004. Weblogs Inc. became a wholly owned subsidiary of AOL in November of 2005, with Calacanis maintaining editorial supervision over the network. He was appointed a senior vice president of AOL, and in June of 2006, he relaunched Netscape (an AOL Company) as a news and social networking site.

Known for his uncanny ability to forecast trends in media, and his outspoken commentary on the industry, Calacanis will discuss his view on the rise of social media, citizen journalists and other issues in a keynote conversation with Search Engine Strategies chair, Danny Sullivan.
