Conference Passes	Dates	Rates
iPlatinum Passport includes: All conference sessions, keynotes and entrance to the expo hall. This pass is valid all 3 conference days (Aug 17-19). Platinum Passport	All 3 days	$1,995
iTwo-Day Pass includes: All conference sessions, keynotes and entrance to the expo hall. This pass is ONLY valid any 2 days of the conference. Two-Day Pass	Any 2 days	$1,595
iOne-Day Pass includes: All conference sessions, keynotes and entrance to the expo hall. This pass is ONLY valid any 1 day of the conference. One-Day Pass	Any 1 day	$1,045
iThe Expo Hall is open to all attendees. Pass also includes: Open events (such as Express Site Clinics), and all keynote sessions. Expo Only Pass	Aug 17-18	$25
iThese intensive workshops are NOT part of the conference packages. Limited space is available for a full day of training. Partnered Training	Aug 16	Full day $995-$1,245 complete details

Group Pricing:
1-3 passes - Full price
4-6 passes - 25% off all registrants
7-9 passes - 30% off all registrants
10-19 passes - $1,100 each
20-29 passes - $1,000 each
30+ passes - $900 each

Event is open to business professionals only. Business card and photo ID required for admission. No one under 18 admitted, including infants and toddlers.

If you wish to pay by check or need a printable form:
Print this registration form, complete it and mail or fax it with your payment. The fax number and mailing address are located on the form. Payment by mail must be received NO LATER than Wednesday, August 11, 2010. If payment is not received by August 11, you will need to register on-site. Note: You will not be registered for the conference until payment is received.

Cancellations and Substitutions
If you must cancel for any reason, notify our registration department by July 23, 2010. Your registration will be refunded less a $100 processing fee. Cancellations after July 23, 2010 are non-refundable. If you cannot attend the event due to unforeseen circumstances, you may transfer your registration to another person. You may not transfer your registration once your badge has been picked up.
