Mr. Moskin has acted as lead trial counsel and otherwise litigated trademark, copyright and patent cases, as well as contract disputes, privacy matters, false advertising and right of publicity cases in numerous federal, trial and appellate courts; in the state courts of New York and California; before the International Trade Commission and the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board and various arbitral bodies. He is listed in the International Who's Who of Trademark Lawyers; served for three years as Chairman of the New York Intellectual Property Law Association's Internet Law Committee, and for two years as Chair of its Design Protection Committee. He is currently the Chairman of the New York Intellectual Property Law Association's Privacy Law Committee and a senior Editor of The Trademark Reporter.

Mr. Moskin ranked among the top Intellectual Property lawyers by Legal 500 USA 2007. He was recently selected a Barrister in the William C. Conner Inn of Court.
