David Thacker is currently responsible for product management for Google's advertising products in the Europe, Middle East, and Africa regions. He joined Google in 2003 in the Mountain View office as a product manager for the AdWords search advertising system, and recently relocated to Google's London office to take on his current role. Prior to joining Google, he served in software engineering and project management roles at IBM and Trilogy Software. David received an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.A. in computer science and economics from Duke University.
