As president and chief executive officer, Jeff Pullen is responsible for the overall management and leadership of the company. Prior to joining Commission Junction, Pullen served as senior vice president and chief financial officer of ChemConnect Inc., an Internet-based marketplace that provides auction and exchange services to the chemical industry. From August 1998 to August 2000, Pullen served as senior vice president and chief financial officer of IMX Exchange Inc., an Internet exchange serving the wholesale mortgage industry. From March 1996 to August 1998, Pullen held senior executive positions in operations and finance for Baker Petrolite Corporation, a specialty chemical company. Prior to joining Petrolite, Pullen was a partner in the Financial Advisory Services practice of Coopers & Lybrand where he consulted with clients regarding financial, economic and business issues related to mergers & acquisition transactions, corporate reorganizations, business valuations and litigation matters. Pullen, a licensed Certified Public Accountant in California, earned his Bachelor of Science with distinction in business administration/accounting from the University of Nebraska.
