As an Associate Analyst in JupiterResearch's Marketing and Media group, Sapna Satagopan focuses on online search and its relevance to marketers, technology vendors and agencies. She covers search marketing programs, search agencies and overall search experience.
Sapna has been quoted in major media outlets such as The Wall Street Journal and SF Chronicle, as well as in industry publications such as Clickz, Internet News, and Red Herring.
Prior to joining JupiterResearch, Sapna Satagopan worked as a consultant in the IT management group of PricewaterhouseCoopers delivering a number of website solutions to clients. She has also worked as a faculty member in the area of software technologies for NIIT, a global IT Learning Solutions Corporation headquartered in India.
Sapna has been awarded an Honors degree in Linguistics from San Jose State University. She also holds a degree in Physics and an advanced diploma in Information Technologies from India. Currently, Sapna is pursuing her part-time MBA at UC Davis, California.
