Kelly Graziadei is Yahoo! Search Marketing's Director of Agency Development. She is responsible for developing strategic relationships with top search engine marketing and traditional advertising agencies to help them integrate search into their broader marketing offerings and campaigns. In addition, she spearheads cross-Yahoo! search and graphical advertising integration efforts with leading agencies.

Prior to joining Yahoo!, Kelly served as Director of Interactive Marketing at a start-up online agency. She also managed large strategic content and advertising partnerships at AltaVista, and held positions in Product Marketing & New Product Development at SBC Communications.

Kelly graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a B.S. in Advertising.
