Clarke Douglas Walton is a lawyer focused on Internet and Intellectual Property law. Clarke combines his formal legal training with his experience as a successful Internet entrepreneur in order to advise and counsel website owners regarding issues related to copyright, trademark, and Internet law.

Before founding Walton Law Firm, Clarke was a managing executive at Submit Express, an SEO company based in Southern California. Today, Clarke operates several successful websites of his own including My Trademark Registration, an online service dedicated to helping business owners with the federal trademark registration process.

Clarke earned his law degree, with honors, from the William S. Boyd School of Law at University of Nevada-Las Vegas. He earned his B.S.degree from Pepperdine University. Clarke is a member of the Nevada Bar, International Trademark Association, and American Intellectual Property Law Association.
