The Search Engine Strategies 2000 Full Sponsorship includes the following:
8x10 foot Exhibit Area
The exhibit area is floor space only. The Full Sponsor has the option to receive a complimentary booth package to include:
- six foot table
- two chairs
- one wastebasket
- 44 inch x 7 inch table sign with company name
The Full Sponsor incurs all charges for changes, additions or substitutions to the complimentary booth package. The Full Sponsor is responsible for all booth decoration, personnel, electric, shipping, computer, telephone and other requirements. Floor Exhibit Space is made available on a first come, first served basis and no assurances or guarantees for specific space can be given.
Search Engine Strategies 2000 Handbook Advertising
Full Sponsor's company logo, URL and description will be featured in the Search Engine Strategies 2000 Seminar Handbook. In addition, the Sponsor will have the opportunity to provide us with full page print advertisement inserts for the Seminar Handbook, which is distributed to all seminar attendees.
The full sponsor is solely responsible for creating, producing and delivering the inserts. 600 inserts are due to show management by July 20th.
On-site Marketing and Promotional Exposure
Full Sponsor's company logo will be printed on the Search Engine Strategies 2000 welcome banner, and the general meeting room stage banner at Search Engine Strategies 2000.
Media and Public Relations Exposure
Full Sponsor's company name will be mentioned in pre-show press releases.
Seminar Registration Passes For Full Sponsor's Personnel
Full Sponsor will receive five complimentary registration passes for Search Engine Strategies 2000 ($3,975 value) for use by its personnel and may not be transferred or re-sold in any manner.
Discounted Seminar Registration Passes For Full Sponsor's Customers and Additional Exhibit Personnel
Full Sponsor will be able to offer its customers a special seminar registration rate for Search Engine Strategies 2000 at the discounted price of $600 per registration ($195 savings per registration).

Full Sponsor's company logo and description will appear on the sponsor page of the Search Engine Strategies Web Site. Thousands of Internet industry professionals are expected to visit the seminar Web Site.
