Cam Balzer is an experienced online marketing expert with a proven track record for driving results and delivering innovation in the search engine marketing arena. Cam's expertise is based on nearly ten years experience across all online marketing channels. Cam is currently the director of search strategy for Performics, the performance-based marketing division of DoubleClick and the leading search engine marketing firm.

At Performics, Cam drives the strategic direction of SEM programs ranging from America Online and United Airlines to HP Shopping and Target. He incubates new opportunities in all areas of online search for Performics and the division's more than 275 clients. Cam manages strategic partnerships with tier 1 and tier 2 search engines and manages Performics' natural search engine optimization team. His paid search team includes copywriters, bid strategists, analysts and datafeed marketers.

Before joining Performics in 2003, Cam was the Manager of Online Marketing and Senior Web Producer for ConsumerGuide.com, and Internet Manager for Baxter Healthcare in Deerfield, IL.
