Lucia has been part of the TSW srl team, the Italian-based specialist Search Engine Marketing consultancy firm (www.tsw.it), since 2003. She currently holds office as Research Department Director, responsible for coordinating communication and business development.
After graduating in Business Economics from Ca' Foscari University, Venice, in 1997, her first professional experience was with Fabrica (www.fabrica.it), the Benetton group research centre on communication. She worked alongside the Fabrica foreign relations director before spending three years as an account manager for the Logos Group (www.logos.net), a world class translation company.
