A speaker at the inaugural Search Engine Strategies Toronto conference, and last year as well, Shane Wagg recently left the world of consulting to pursue a marketing role with Rugman.com, where "search", both paid and organic is a priority for the company, a Canadian pureplay online venture.
Wagg is an accomplished public speaker and has appeared both as speaker and as a panel guest at several Canadian Internet industry events including the Bell Broadcast and New Media Fund conference Driving Traffic - Web Site Marketing: Online & Offline Strategies; Strategy Magazine's Online To Profit conference; and Computer World and Internet World Canada conferences and trade shows.
Shane is an also an award-winning copywriter who loves words, ideas and double-entendres. He has a deep and profound weakness for puns, which has often led him to linger too long over his morning coffee wondering if Charles Dickens had authored The Hunchback Of Notre Dame, would it have started: It was the best of chimes.
