Activ@Mente, founded 1996, is Mexico’s first and leading Interactive Marketing Agency, today with operations across Latin America. Aside from leading the Agency regionally, Gustavo is also President of the IAB’s Education Committee, Professor in New Media at the postgraduate school of the Panamerican University and in Interactive Marketing at the Monterrey Institute of Technology, from where he holds a degree in Electronic Systems Engineering.
Together with his wife Ana, he initiated the Mexican Internet Association (AMIPCI) in 1998. He is also a board member at the Confederation of the Marketing Communications Industry (CICOM), and the Direct Marketing Association (DIRECTA).
With over 20 years of experience in Digital Media, Gustavo has been counselor for Grupo Editorial Reforma, for the Consejo Mexicano para el Desarrollo del Mercado Bursátil and for several dot-com and Internet related companies.
Activ@Mente has offices in Mexico City and Buenos Aires and currently manages important accounts from clients including Procter & Gamble, AIG, AeroMéxico, BBVA, Gillette, Google, DHL, Santander and Unilever.
