As the lead surfer at Yahoo!, Inc., Stephanie Blair assists users with Web site inquiries, reviews site submissions, creates and improves Directory hierarchy, and provides insight on how the Directory works overall.
She leads a team of editorial experts at Yahoo! who ensure that the Yahoo! Directory represents the best and breadth of the Web to provide the best possible Internet experience for Yahoo!’s more than 200 million users worldwide. Blair is also involved with the Yahoo! Express and Sponsored Sites programs, both in site reviews as well as customer and sales communications.
Blair has participated on numerous panels, most recently at Search Engine Strategies San Jose in August 2003.
She received a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of California, Los Angeles.
