The Exhibitor incurs all charges for changes, additions or substitutions to the booth package. The Exhibitor is responsible for all booth decoration, personnel, electric, shipping, computer, telephone and other requirements. Floor Exhibit Space is made available on a first come, first served basis and no assurances or guarantees for specific space can be given.

Exhibitor's company name and description will be featured in the Company Listing section of the Search Engine Strategies 2007 handbook, which will be distributed to all seminar attendees.
