Andrew Goodman traded dreams of tenure-track comfort for dot-com bubble visions when he co-founded Traffick.com, an acclaimed "guide to portals," in 1999. In 2000, he founded Page Zero Media, a Toronto-based consulting firm which maximizes and tracks the performance of search advertising campaigns for clients large and small. In 2002, he published the first ever how-to guide on Google AdWords tactics, a PDF-format e-book which found a wide audience of thousands of search marketing junkies.
Goodman is regularly sought by the business press (including Fortune Small Business, The New York Times, Washington Post, Globe and Mail, New Media Age, and Bloomberg Markets) for timely sound bites on the business of search. He is author of Winning Results With Google AdWords (McGraw-Hill, 2005), and is a regular speaker and moderator at events such as Jupitermedia's Search Engine Strategies and Nielsen Norman User Experience. On non-smog days, he rollerblades on the Toronto waterfront.
